CSS Style and Redirect

I've been making headway into speeding up a site with the great information JuggleDad posted on http://forum2.bytesforall.com/showth...=dynamic+image

I got through that part and still have work to do - but I was wondering if there was a way to handle the redirect that firebug reports? (may be unimportant but wanted to ask). Firebug also reports quite a bit of unnecessary css but I'm not sure it's all relevant or will help that much.

Remove the following redirect chain if possible:

* http://12flat.com/12flat.com/themes/...a351/style.css
* http://12flat.com/
